This lead feature by William Messner-Loebs and Bill Reinhold is a bit of an afterthought thanks to this issue’s backup story: the outstanding debut of Bill Willingham’s Elementals.

A werewolf comes to town but soon runs afoul of a gunslinger who looks suspiciously like the Lone Ranger.
