Arcturus Rann returns from a millennium of exploration to find the Microverse under siege by the evil Baron Karza. Writer Bill Mantlo’s story is both derivative and a lot to take in, but exceptional art from the team of Michael Golden and Joe Rubinstein make this debut issue a winner.
