Title: “Isle of the Asteroid Web!”
Synopsis: Escaping a dust-covered world, the Inhumans finally get a taste of revenge against the Kree.

Writer: Doug Moench
Penciler: Keith Pollard

Review: Somehow, the Inhumans end up allied with the anarchist Spider-City Demon Rebels, facing off against Kree warriors led by an afro-sporting black man with a massive mustache. Needless to say, not one of this series’ strongest issues. The book’s inconsistent art woes continue, too, with Keith Pollard taking his turn at the art board. Pollard is a solid artist, whose work was everywhere at Marvel during the Bronze Age. But his art lacks the storytelling invention of George Pérez or the dynamism of Gil Kane, and has to be considered a step backwards for this book.

Grade: B-

Cool factor: Umm … it’s the Inhumans?
Not-so-cool factor: Gotta go with the ’stache.

Character quotable: “I will kill you with my bare – OOOOPH!!” – Mon-Tog, apparently the only Kree brother on a world of blue-skinned fools
